A custom necklace featuring 1 tiny phase of the moon created from your date of choice. Simply let me know the date and i will find what the moon phase was that night. Perfect for best friends (have each others or both on one necklace), Weddings (Wedding Day), Children, Birthdays and more! You can have up to 3 moons on each chain. Each phase is set in an 16mm silver plated setting enclosed beneath a glass dome. Pendant comes complete with an 18″ silver plated chain Simply add your chosen dates in the message to seller box after purchasing, i will discover what moon represents your chosen date(s).  IMPORTANT: Please ensure the date format you send is written in full (eg 1st of january 2014.)
